- Visit our Loja Verde Online Store and add the products you want to your shopping cart.
- After choosing the products you want, you can click on the image of the shopping cart in the top right corner, or click CHECKOUT – PAY after adding your last product to the shopping cart.
- Review your products and click Next Step.
- Login with your member account. You can also complete your purchase if you are not registered by filling in your details.
- Select your shipping and payment method and confirm your delivery and billing address(es).
- Click on Finish Order.
Yes, according to Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of 14 February you can exchange or return any product ordered at Loja Verde Online, having 30 days to place the order from the moment you receive the order.
The products must be in the exact original conditions in which they were shipped to the indicated address, and the parameters identified in point 11 of our Terms and Conditions must be safeguarded.
