When will I receive my order?

Shipments are made on business days, from 9 am to 6 pm, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Delivery times are valid from the moment your order is collected at our wharehouse by the shipping company.

The shipping time does not include delays derived from customs procedures or delays from the shipping company.

How can I track my order?

You will be informed of the location of your order via SMS and/or email.

For Portugal Continental, Azores and Madeira (DPD) you will receive the following notifications:

- On the day of collection of the order by the shipping company

- On the day of delivery, with the tracking number (example above) and a prediction of time delivery, This time is indicated by the shipping company, if you do not receive your order at this time you should contact DPD indicating the tracking number.

- Hours before delivery, you will receive a link to follow the order in real time.

For International shipments (DHL):
